Ministry of Praise
Cantors lead the community in song at Sunday worship and on holydays when a choir is not present.

The principle parish choir sings at either 9:00am or 11:00am Mass on Sunday.  This choir also sings for feasts, solemnities and holy days, and occasionally sings Taize Prayer, Sacred Music Concerts and devotional activities in the parish.  Rehearsal is on Thursday evening at 7:00pm. Potential members are asked to schedule a brief interview and audition.

The Youth Choir for those in grade 7-12 rehearses on Wednesday evenings twice a month.  They sing at Mass on the second and fourth Sundays, as well as for special liturgies solemnities and feast.

The Children's Choir is for those in Grade 4-8. This group sings on Christmas Eve, at Confirmation, First Eucharist and Graduation and may be combined with the Youth Choir for some liturgies.  Participation is open to all students in the parish.
The Ressurection Choir sings at Funeral Masses as needed.
Greeters and Ushers help greet those entering the Cathedral.  Ushers also assist with seating and collect Sunday or Holiday offerings.
Lectors are individuals who are trained to proclaim the scripture readings at Sunday and special liturgies.
Servers assist the priest at Mass including weddings, funerals and various diocesan ceremonies.
The Prayer LIne is comprised of individuals who agree to offer prayers for special intentions or needs of the parish community.
The ministry is for the homebound or anyone who agrees to spend some time each day praying for the needs of the parish.

Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist serve when there is not enough ordained clergy (ordinary ministers) to distribute the Eucharist at Mass. Ministers must have a mandate from the Diocese and be commissioned to serve in this capacity.
