Cathedral presently serves over 1,300 families. Cathedral parishioners represent a wide variety of ethnic and social backgrounds and come from all over the city of Springfield and the surrounding areas.
The Cathedral Parish has several groups, organizations, programs, and ministries which are listed under various headings; Word, Worship, Service and Boards.
